From The South and West (locations outside of the City Centre).
From the Mannamead roundabout, come down Mannamead Rd to the Hyde Park pub at the junction of Mannamead Rd., Peverall Park Rd. and Mutley Plain. Continue along Mutley Plain to the traffic lights at the junction of North Hill, Greenbank Rd. and Alexandra Rd. Turn left on to Alexandra Rd.,  keep going until you pass the offices of Telewest Broadband on the left and continue through the traffic lights, the Esso filling station will be on your left. Continue on. The road bends to the left at which point you will go through a set of lights (pedestrian crossing), you are now in Lipson Vale. We are situated on the right on the junction of Chudleigh Rd, just before the railway bridge.

From the North (locations outside of the City Centre). 
From Marsh Mills Roundabout come onto the Embankment. Stay in the left lane signposted for Mutley Plain. This lane filters off, so that you go under the Embankment onto Old Laira Rd. Once you have gone through the tunnel, you will come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit, which takes you straight on down Old Laira Rd. At the next mini roundabout, take the first exit continuing up the hill past the Old Road Inn, which will be on the left, past the Spar shop into Laira narrows. Continue on for approximately 1/2 a mile. then the road bends left and then right under the railway bridge. We are on the left, on the junction of Chudleigh Rd.

From The East (i.e. Plymstock, Elburton). From Cattedown roundabout follow the signs for Mutley Plain. This will take you on to Tothill Rd.  Ray Phillips car sales will be on your right. Continue on to the second set of traffic lights at the junction of Lipson Rd. and Greenbank Rd. Turn right at the lights into Lipson Rd, continue on past Freedom Fields Park on the right. The road then starts to drop downhill and bends to the left, at which point the road narrows (be careful). At the traffic lights turn sharp right, so that the petrol station is on your left. You are now on Alexandra Rd. Continue on for a further 250 yards (approx.). The road bends to the left, at which point you will go through a set of lights (pedestrian crossing). You are now in Lipson Vale. We are situated on the right on the junction of Chudleigh Rd, just before the railway bridge.
