Lipson Vale Garage was founded in 1933 by the late Mina and Frank Chapman who became Lady and Lord Mayor of Plymouth in 1967. Martin Farrell acquired the Garage in 1974. In 2007 Martins son Tim Farrell who also runs Turtle Signs became a partner in the business.
